This was my first run in the new shoes, and I really loved the way they felt. There doesn't seem to be any fighting with the laces, as I don't have to tie them too tightly to get them snug. I ran from my apartment up through Elizabeth, Independence Park, past that Mexican place on Elizabeth Avenue, towards Plaza-Midwood, then back past the hospitals and home. I started picking up the pace a good bit at the end, running 6:46 pace for the last two-thirds of a mile. I felt great!
