This heat is pure hell, but ya know what? It comes with the territory in these parts at this time of year. I've just learned to adjust my expectations as necessary...to realize that the run is going to suck and just get it done. I don't know what else to say. We'll complain about the heat because complaining is fun sometimes, but training through it will make us all stronger.
