I still ran a little further than planned on a couple of my easy days last week, but I kept the mileage about where it's been lately - between 30 and 35 miles. The mile repeats with Brinkley were tough, but I got them done, and I got in a good 10-mile run with Eggers - the longest I've run since I've recovered from the injury.
For the coming week, I'm hoping to get in two workouts - half-mile repeats at McAlpine on Wednesday and some 100s and 200s on the track Saturday morning, plus three easy days and an 8-10 mile long run.
