Listening to the body, I took some time off this week. I feel I have learned from lesson from fall '10 to not fret when I need to miss some days to heal. I think too many runners get paranoid about losing fitness when taking time off, and I aim to not be one of them! I will say, however, that I had gotten off to a great start for Wrightsville and I'm a little disappointed I have already had to take a step back, but it's also only a 12-week plan.
