Highlights: new training plan commenced; great hilly medium-long run; better mileage.
I skipped Tuesday and Wednesday and ended up skipping Sunday as well, which led to my cramming 28 miles in between Thursday and Saturday. I was feeling it by the middle of the run on Saturday, so hopefully I won't do that anymore. On the bright side, I have officially begun training for another marathon!
