The mileage was over forty again this week, aided by my running six days instead of five. I had a tough long run and failed a workout, but the beat goes on.
I also spent the day hiking with Anne Marie, Kati, and Ben. We hiked the steeper section of Crowders Mountain. The uphill portion really felt good for my shins and ankles; the downhill portion really did not feel good for my shins and ankles.
